I came to town visiting with my kidney disease dog. We ended up staying longer than expected and I didn't bring enough of his renal diet. NSIVH helped me out by selling me canned food without requiring an exam. I will be keeping their info on the fridge at my parent's house in case we are ever in need of a vet while visiting.

Just moved to Hendersonville and brought my dogs here for the first time for their yearly shots and check up. Wonderful service and the staff is great with the animals. The veterinarian was wonderful and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I also loved the 2 ladies at the front desk. They were so funny and nice and made me feel good about bringing my 2 pups in! Couldn't ask for anything more! I will definitely continue to bring my dogs here in the future!

I moved to Hendersonville a few years ago from out of state and started going to Dr. Koelling when my cat first got sick. He's been so patient with me when she's sick and I take her in crying because I'm overly worried, lol. I also have two dogs and he's taken great care of them as well. The staff is helpful and anytime I have a question, even if it's a stupid overly concerned pet parent question, they help or have one of the doctors call me and talk to me. We just moved to Tennessee and had to take out the dog to the vet because he hurt his leg. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Layne was wonderful and was very thorough. It was also very affordable.
